Furniture liquidation
Have surplus inventory or a move-out deadline? Request a purchase or trade-in review.
Start with the whole project
A move, expansion or furniture replacement often needs more than one service. Start with the outcome: how many people need space, what furniture you will keep and when the office needs to be ready.
We can then define the planning, furniture, delivery, move, installation and surplus-inventory work together. Your proposal identifies which services are included.

How a project takes shape
1. Share the requirements
Send the floor plan or photos, furniture counts, location, deadline and any building restrictions.
2. Agree on scope
Confirm the layout, selected furniture, service responsibilities and costs before work is scheduled.
3. Coordinate the work
After the deposit, your installation coordinator manages the furniture and installation process, including follow-up needs.
A clear scope makes the difference
- Local site measurements are free when needed. Out-of-town measurements may require a local team and a charge.
- Planning with a furniture project is complimentary; design-only work or major reconfigurations may carry fees.
- Building electrical, data and other trades must be assigned explicitly in the proposal.
- PSU remains your contact for furniture and installation, including issues after delivery.
