We compare chairs from the lines PSU sells, including AIS, 9to5 Seating, Humanscale, HON, Eurotech and Via Seating. Tell us your priorities so we can recommend specific models rather than a chair based on appearance alone.
Plan the order and arrival schedule
AIS’s October 23 guide lists eligible Express Seating at three days to ship unassembled or two weeks assembled, with model and stock exceptions. Configured seating has different lead times. Assembly and final delivery must be included in the project schedule.
Planning estimates reviewed October 24, 2026. Manufacturer shipping time is separate from transit, delivery and installation. Product, finish, quantity and a complete approved order affect timing; PSU confirms the schedule for your proposal.
Questions about office seating
Can we use one chair model throughout the office?
A common model can simplify purchasing, but user fit and job requirements still matter. Compare the needed adjustment range and intended use before standardizing.
Are chairs delivered assembled?
That depends on the product and proposal. Some express programs ship unassembled; confirm assembly, delivery and placement with PSU.
Do you also have used seating?
Check the additional furniture inventory for available chairs. Quantities, matching finishes and condition are confirmed for the listing you select.
Plan furniture, delivery and installation together
Space planning is complimentary with a furniture project; design-only work and substantial reconfigurations may carry charges. After your deposit, PSU’s dedicated installation coordinator is your point of contact for furniture and installation. New furniture is ordered only after the deposit.
