At Panel Systems Unlimited, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our systems furniture. We offer a warranty that ensures your purchased and installed systems furniture will be free from functional and performance defects for the life of the product, with the exception of fabric, which is covered for 2 years. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear on pre-owned systems.
Services Covered Under Warranty
We take pride in providing exceptional services that complement our high-quality products. Our warranty extends to the following services:
- Cubicle Installation: Our expert team ensures precise cubicle installation, guaranteeing the durability and functionality of your cubicles.
- Office Relocation: Trust us with your office move. Our relocation services are covered under warranty, ensuring your furniture arrives safely and in optimal condition.
This warranty is the original purchaser’s exclusive remedy for product defects and does not cover damage resulting from user modifications, attachments to the product, or the use of customer-supplied fabric or materials. Additionally, products not installed or used following application guidelines are not covered.
Panel Systems Unlimited is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of panel-mounted power circuits. Space heaters, laser printers, copy machines, and other appliances that draw continuous power may require dedicated circuits. The warranty is voided if such appliances are not incorporated into the final, approved installation plan. We recommend supplying power for these devices directly from the building’s electrical system.
