Brands and product selection
PSU offers options from existing lines including Workrite, Humanscale, Open Plan Systems, NDI and COE/OfficeSource. Product compatibility and adjustment range matter more than selecting an accessory in isolation.
Plan the order and arrival schedule
Timing depends on the selected desk, base, seating and accessories. AIS’s October 23 guide lists HAT bases alone at two weeks and several complete adjustable table options at four weeks to ship. Confirm the complete workstation components before scheduling.
Planning estimates reviewed October 24, 2026. Manufacturer shipping time is separate from transit, delivery and installation. Product, finish, quantity and a complete approved order affect timing; PSU confirms the schedule for your proposal.
Questions about ergonomic office furniture
Can we make existing desks height adjustable?
Some projects can use a compatible base or desktop converter. Share surface dimensions, construction, weight and equipment so PSU can review suitable options.
Will any monitor arm fit our desk?
No. Check the monitor mount and weight, the desk attachment method and available clearance against the selected product’s specifications.
Can you help standardize setups for a team?
Yes. Identify the equipment and adjustment needs across the team, then compare compatible desks, chairs and accessories. Individual requirements may call for different configurations.
Plan furniture, delivery and installation together
Space planning is complimentary with a furniture project; design-only work and substantial reconfigurations may carry charges. After your deposit, PSU’s dedicated installation coordinator is your point of contact for furniture and installation. New furniture is ordered only after the deposit.
