New furniture · Atlanta & nationwide project coordination
A conference room planned for the meeting.
Start with room dimensions, seating and how meetings happen. PSU helps coordinate tables, chairs, storage and furniture power options for boardrooms, meeting rooms and flexible spaces.
Explore conference room furniture

Choose the approach that fits
Boardroom tables
Compare table size and shape with the number of seats, circulation and screen sightlines.
Huddle & meeting rooms
Choose a smaller table and seating arrangement that fits everyday discussions without crowding the room.
Flexible meeting spaces
Use modular or movable furniture when the room needs to support different group sizes or layouts.
What to decide before ordering
- Room dimensions, doors and the number of regular and occasional attendees.
- Tabletop size, base placement and chair clearance.
- Video-meeting screen location and sightlines.
- Power/data access, cable routing, credenza and storage needs.
Brands and product selection
COE and NDI are our go-to lines for many conference rooms, with AIS as our primary upgrade. Tayco, Groupe Lacasse, JSI and other listed lines can be considered for different finishes, sizes and design requirements.
Plan the order and arrival schedule
In-stock COE and NDI items typically reach PSU within a week through our twice-weekly truck schedule. Delivery and installation to your office are separate arrangements.
AIS Calibrate conference tables are listed at eight weeks to ship in the October 23 guide. Confirm the selected table, finish and integrated options before setting the project date.
Planning estimates reviewed October 24, 2026. Manufacturer shipping time is separate from transit, delivery and installation. Product, finish, quantity and a complete approved order affect timing; PSU confirms the schedule for your proposal.
Questions about conference room furniture
How large should our conference table be?
Send room dimensions and the number of seats needed. Table shape, chair size, door movement and circulation all affect the useful fit.
Can the table include power and data connections?
Many product lines offer integrated options. Confirm the selected components and who supplies building electrical/data connections; they are not automatically part of the furniture installation.
Can a room serve meetings and training?
Yes, a flexible furniture layout can support both. Tell us how often the room changes and where unused tables and chairs will be stored.
Plan furniture, delivery and installation together
Space planning is complimentary with a furniture project; design-only work and substantial reconfigurations may carry charges. After your deposit, PSU’s dedicated installation coordinator is your point of contact for furniture and installation. New furniture is ordered only after the deposit.
